    Label:

Fairly appropriate for its looks and targeted use. It's not obvious that it's hot sauce.

    Looks:

looks like cloudy clear liquid. somewhat unique for a hot sauce. when settled, is definitely more clear than Panola, but does seem to have a "scum" on top. This is the pain.

    Aroma:

vinegar, plain and simple. crack open a bottle of white vinegar and take a whiff. same thing here.

    Taste:

I give this a 5 AND a 0 because it is not about flavor. If you take a sip a) you're not doing it right, and b) you will taste vinegar and pain.

    Heat:

Make sure to shake well. The Aquaresin of Capsicum is in suspension in the fluid, and settles to the bottom. I would bet the people complaining in reviews online that this sauce is not hot are probably not shaking well enough. This is intended by the manufacturer as an ingredient in beverages. I don't drink, but I did add some to my coke, and it gives it a nice peppery hot kick without influencing the flavor.

    Overall:

For what it is, and for what it is intended, it works well. It's a nice sauce to have in the arsenal. I could also see some people using this for a practical joke, as in most things this will have no flavor, or just a hint of vinegar. It's also great for kicking the heat up in dishes without influencing the flavor. I will keep this on hand.
