    Label:

The clear label is unique and allows you to clearly see the capsicum flow through the vinegar like a lava lamp.

    Looks:

The capsicum quickly separates from the vinegar so you must shake up this sauce every time that you want to use it even if you set it down for a minute. It is very watery so you must apply it to a bread or starch that can hold on to the sauce. Putting it on top of a burger or eggs can be quite difficult unless you mix it in with the food before cooking.

    Aroma:

It has a sharp sweet aroma from the Vinegar with a slight hint of heat from the capsicum.

    Taste:

I love this sauce! with a few drops hear or there it will add the perfect amount of heat. Both my brother in-law and I love it. Personally I have a strong resistance to heat, but when I want to add a nice bite to something with out changing the overall flavor pallet of the dish Magma is perfect.

    Heat:

It's a good heat. With a few drops added to a bowl of chili or omelet it will make your brow sweat a little. Once again you must shake it up with every use or you will either get pure capsicum or vinegar on your food.

    Overall:

Overall I enjoy this sauce a lot. It has good heat, a good subdue flavor, and a neat look. It's main fault is the need for continuous shaking. It's worth a buy, at $10 you receive a decent 5 oz, I've owned it for about 5 months and I am already running out and will most certainly buy another bottle.
