Label:
Label is great. Lots of colors, very original logo & coloring. creative use of different fonts. nice layout, just enough info and creative wording.,
Looks:
gorgeous dark red-orange color. the spices are very visible in the mixture, but it's very smooth and not chunky at all. pours right out. Perfect.
Aroma:
it smells both flavorful and hot in that first sniff!! :) I can discern no one smell that stands out, ingredients-wise, but the overall smell is intoxicating and promises to deliver.
Taste:
To me, this is the perfect blend of hotness and flavor. a hint of sweetness (very minor), mixed with the triple blend of Habanero, Cayenne, and Chipotle peppers. Delicious blend of herbs and spices. No artificial ingredients to worry about.
Heat:
This sauce is perfectly hot for me and my experience level. I would have given it an A+, but, I am not sure as to how to rate the heat (objective or subjective?). I know this company make much hotter sauces, as do many others. Hotness, I guess has to be subjectively approved. For me, this is perfect. not too hot but you are not going to miss that fire. Not so hot that it would ruin enjoyment of the taste of the food you are putting it on. Last night it went into some red sauce for pasta, and when done my lips were burning perfectly. :-)
Overall:
On my hot sauce journey, this is the best sauce to date. Better than El Yucateco Chili Garlic Sauce (Red or Green), and a step hotter than Tabasco Habanero Sauce.
