    Label:

Label looks a bit too old school like they didn't care to rebrand to a newer and more modern version. Still, looks like something mexicans would pour on their tacos on a daily basis.

    Looks:

Looks yummy and green. For the viscosity in it, it projects a perception of power.

    Aroma:

Smells wonderfully. It's one of the richest hot sauces I've ever had.

    Taste:

It's rich, it's powerful and it tastes a lot of habanero. It's like a single-spice of pleasure.

    Heat:

It's not too much as it brings heat to the mouth but it doesn't burn that much, specially in the throat it's very soft.

    Overall:

Overall it's one of the best sauces I've ever had. This is good stuff and I'll try more sauces from El Yucateco.

    Label:

Presentable and to the point. Not too bad for a label but you will know what sauce this is and what the ingredients are by looking at the back.

    Looks:

An interesting green, but its a presentable and honest color. Nice tone of green.

    Aroma:

A great thin capsicum smell with a touch of vinegar.

    Taste:

Its very enjoyable and its almost the perfect tasting sauce. Its got a great aroma and its taste stays constant. Full flavor.

    Heat:

It could be a little bit hotter to let some of the fire out of the flavor, but its fine how it is.

    Overall:

One of my favorites. If one of my mates invite me to dinner and they have this with them, Ill be crying with happiness and ill be all over the chili.

    Label:

The labeling is cool. It has an authentic understated Mexican motif. I suppose a scantily clad Aztec princess, holding a bunch of habanero peppers could get more attention... Somebody will probably do it sooner or later. LOL

    Looks:

When I first tried the sause at a Forth Worth, Texas Mexican restaurant, the bright green color was the first thing that caught my attention. I read one review that described the color as atomic green. I concur.

    Aroma:

It has a pleasant smell that gives you a sense of the flavor and heat to come, but it's not overpowering.

    Taste:

Taste? It's good, but beign habanero it's HOT! The fainthearted BEWARE. I like to eat it straight in moderation, but have also found it makes a great mixer. I add it to Ranch dressing at home, it's outstanding!

    Heat:

There are hotter sauces out there, especially ones that use the Ghost Pepper. Hot is hot, but there has to be flavor. You set set your lips on fire with just about anything... El Yucateco has a good balance of flavor and heat. I agree with the other reviwer....a slow burn...

    Overall:

Overall a solid, good tasting, moderately hot delight that is interesting to look at, even if there's no scantily clad Aztec princess...

    Label:

El Yucateco's labeling will not blow your mind with its creativity, but it is easily recognizable and its color scheme is pleasant.

    Looks:

An true stand out emerald green. Finely textured and flows easily.

    Aroma:

El Yucateco has a sharp tangy smell. Its scent even packs a little heat.

    Taste:

El Yucateco green habanero has a mellow refined taste. There is no mistake that this is a habanero sauce.

    Heat:

A slow burn, which takes a moment to set in, but once it does there is no mistaking it.. This one wont have you running for the water faucet, but it packs a fairly decent punch.

    Overall:

One of my Favorites. El Yucateco is a sauce that I always have on hand. It goes well with any meal. If used sparingly, it is acceptable even to the faint of tongue. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.
