Label:
Plain and bland not much to say about it, but they want me to write more about it.
Looks:
Runny so it looks watered down but is actually quite flavorful.
Aroma:
Smells great but will leave you thinking it smells sweeter then it really is.
Taste:
Very flavorful, smooth and leaves no bad aftertaste. It is not as peppery tasting as many other hot sauces.
Heat:
Not very hot, last a little while and very smooth and consistent throughout every bottle.
Overall:
This is my go to Siracha and the best I've had, I didn't give it a 5 because I think it could be improved, not sure how but think they could.

Label:
Basic Huy Fong label - rooster embossed on a plastic bottle
Looks:
Bright Red and coarsely ground. Chunks of red jalapeño pepper and a aftertaste of garlic
Aroma:
Pungent and harsh but for myself its not off putting
Taste:
Sharp taste of chilies, and then a quick aftertaste of garlic. Taste unlike a smooth hot sauce is jagged - meaning its hits with sharp notes of heat and then calms downs if mixed in a dish. Slight afterbirths of salt after its done.
Heat:
Average for someone use to hot sauce
Overall:
I do like this - its a refreshing change from the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. More course and can pack more of a punch if used without restraint its good in meaty dishes
